Biography

Dr. Beáta Bánkuti boasts a professional experience of over 15 years, primarily in the field of real estate law, insolvency law and enforcement law. Beáta has unparalleled expertise in receivables management, earned while representing domestic and foreign banks, as well as financial institutes engaging in the purchase and the management of receivables. During her professional career, Beáta has earned in-depth insight not only in the everyday operations of corporations of various kinds, but also in the successful legal representations of both companies and private individuals before various Hungarian courts.

Beáta has earned her legal degree at Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of State and Legal Studies. She is a member of the Budapest Bar. She is also an official member of the Educational Board of the Budapest Bar. Ms Bánkuti speaks Hungarian and English.

Adjacent to her activities as lawyer, Beáta regularly participates in postgraduate legal courses, including receivables management, debt collection, and corporate reorganization.

In the little free time she has due to her multiple professional engagements, Beáta is dedicated to her family, and is keen on travelling and excursions. Her hobbies are photographing and valley ball. Beáta has two naughty dachshunds.
